I'm out of town...anyone want to be kind enough to save the MP3 stream?

Speaking of which, I downloaded the Stooges show a while back, but haven't had a chance to chop the MP3 into tracks.  Anyway do that, by any chance?

Why do we celebrate Mexican holidays here?  For that matter, why do we celebrate Irish holidays here?  And why isn't George Washington's birthday honored?  Do you think they celebrate that in Mexico?

A better question might be:  Why DON'T we celebrate Pakistani holidays here?

And what about Swedish holidays?  And Micronesian, too?

They don't really celebrate it in Mexico.  In the US it's a reason for people to drink.

Right, and they also celebrate it here because the Mexican won a war against the French in the 1800's or something

Yeah. Mexico beats France...holiday American.

What makes better sense than that?

 UK beats Argentina(1982)...holiday: Cambodian.

 Russia beats Germany(1945)...holiday: Nigerian.

 Japan Beats Russia(1905)...holiday: Irish.

Dunno...Canada?

Did you know that Canada declared war on Japan one day before America did?  It's a CANFACT (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Declaration_of_war#1941)...Brought to you by the Canadian fact ministry.

and speaking of Finland...how come, Austrailia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada all declared war on Finland, yet Finland never declared war back? in fact, Finland didnt declare war on anyone!!!

why was everyone picking on Finland? the US didnt declare war on Finland! neither did Japan, Germany or Italy!

Finland was the only country to pay it's war debt to US.
