I have - I've researched both companies and their finances rather extensively for stock purposes.  Harvey Weinstein is on the Board of Directors as well - does that mean Miramax is on this big corporate conspiracy to ruin music?  How about Henry Cisneros?  He was the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under Clinton...I bet this is all because Hillary is a huge Madonna fan.

They're still on public companies that answer to shareholders.  Given that Live Nation is a spinoff of Clear Channel, of course they are going to have a relationship and some of the same people will still be involved.  But based on everything that I have read and what I know, there is no special arrangement between Clear Channel and Live Nation that would suggest some kind of collusion giving one company any kind of sway over the other.

Believe me, not for the benefit of this board.  I want to know where I put my money.
