well from what people said about their show at black cat, it was packed with people who love that nonsense

the only band i have a problem with somebody not liking that was mentioned in this thread is ted leo.  the guy is catchy as hell and writes great music.  what's NOT to like?  you need to listen harder,.
 
 and in defense of jimmy eat world, clarity is a fantasic album, and one of my personal favorites.

I feel like most of the bands that I don't like even though a lot of people like I understand because we have different tastes in music.  Among my friends who have similar tastes to myself, though, there are a couple of bands that I just don't understand how they like them.

 Although there are probably a lot more bands that I like that I can't convince them are awesome.
