Need Info on Takings and stuff for College

Hey
 Im a student studing at Oxford College and i need some realistic data on Night Clubs, anything would be a great help. What im looking for is:
 Number of people per day
 Takings per day
 Cost of hall hire, equipment, music, drinks, bouncers, advertisements, etc....
