folks can laugh at curling all they want, but i'd like to point out that every member of Canada's mens' team has a smokin' hot wife.  ergo, curling is a stud's sport.

discuss.

On the 2nd and 3rd Canadian goals, team USA has no one to blame but themselves.  The 2nd goal (when Canada pulled the goalie), team USA started chasing the puck and stopped playing good solid defense.  On the goal in OT while Canada was on the power play team USA played terrible defense.  Canada was passing the puck around the perimeter and collapsing in.  Team USA just allowed them to do so by continuing to back up and allow passing lanes for the Canadians.  When the goal was scored, almost all nine skaters (if not all) were below the face off dots and between them.  Team USA did nothing to step up and challenge the Canadians at the end of that power play.  Very poorly played.
Didn't see the OT goal, but the yeah the tying goal was pathetic D.  They were all headed into the corner after the puck.  Left that lady wide open right in front.  Slam dunk.

If the US ends up facing the Swedes in the Hockey final I will root for the Swedes.  Niklas Backstrom deserves a gold.

The real final is the US-Canada game, as expected.

on an emotional level, for us, sure.  but whichever makes it through is going to have their hands full with the swedes.
"on an emotional level, for us, sure."

That is not a complete sentence.

You don't capitalize the beginning of your sentences.

I caught about 2 hours of the Olympics.  2 man luge and some snow boarding.  Is it over already?  Oh well there will be another one in 4 years.
