Faith.

faith no more!

Pretty much the only band that would assure my presence.  I'm not dragging my ass to Coachella, and I'm out of the country for the Brooklyn show.  Please God, bring us a national tour already.

Faith No More would be great.

DEVO has a new disc coming and will be touring on it. The rocked out both nights last fall at the club.

Green Day is playing at the Lube in August. So they won't be at vfest.

I'll bet Them Crooked Vultures and either Muse and Silversun Pickups.  Another combo 311 and Offspring with Alice In Chains.

I hope LCD SS does not play V-fest again. It may mean no 930 club date on their US tour, and they're much better suited for the club environment as opposed to a festival setting (V-fest 07 was meh.)

Is Seth booking the DC101 Chili Cook Off at MPP?

Them Crooked Vultures would be tits. Except they'd put Dave Grohl in the front of the stage, John Paul Jones behind him, and Josh Homme somewhere off to the side stage.

Headliners: Buckcherry

Callin' it now.

No.  DC 101 is a Clear Channel station partnered with LiveNation.

Does anybody think the lineup will be better this year over last year?

Last year they built a free show around an already booked (arguably) crappy Blink/Weezer bill, if I'm not mistaken. This year they can build the show from scratch.

I think it will be a decent lineup.  Either way it's free, so no arguing with that.  So when is the lineup coming out sethy?  ;D

i wasn't impressed with last year's line-up (save for FF), and i still had a really great time.  as long as they book something better than HFStival (which would be hard not to do), i'm there.

there's tons to do & see if the 3 stages of music aren't interesting at any given moment.

thanks seth & the entire IMP team!
