anybody know how to beat a parking ticket?

Dude, I have THE foolproof way to beat a parking ticket, check it:
1) Put ticket in hand
2) Place on kitchen table
3) Go get checkbook
4) Open it
5) Write check for $45
6) Mail to Parking Adjudication

Seriously for real, this is 100% effective to PWN those NOT DOPE DOPES

I have to say that while I do appreciate the advent of electric cars, they're really messing with my biking prowess. I've spent 30+ years learning to detect where cars are and what they're doing behind me based on the sounds of their engines. I'm kind of a can't-see-a-car whisperer in this way. But these new electric cars just glide along not making the normal sounds at all. It's an inconvenience. Do you agree? Sound off in the comments!

that was a story line in weeds where they started using a prius to do drive by shootings as they were so quiet they took the targets by surprise
