That's what we say on the Platinum level, too.

I'm platinum with mother-of-pearl inlay, diamond-encrusted level. It's ostentatious.

Can we move the NPR birthday party to the Anthem?  I never thought there were quite so many NPR lovers in this town (or that they were so quick on the ticket trigger).

Who is playing that show?
Wait, wait, don't tell me.....

Join NPR Music and public radio stations from across the country for a star-studded concert at Washington D.C.’s famed 9:30 Club. The evening will showcase a top-secret lineup unlike any other, featuring some of the staff’s favorite musicians from the past 10 years. Prepare to be surprised.

Ie, no clue.  That's why I didn't think it would sell out so fast

Really? I would guess DC has probably the most NPR listeners per capita.

I was joking about the love of NPR, but I really didn't think a show where the artists weren't announced would sell out immediately. (I also was surprised that my friends wanted to go so badly)

Given that the restrooms have stated capacities, I wonder if they'll be hosting secret hobo rock shows in them..

Further proof there are many idiots in the world. Or at least in the DMV.

Add me to the ranks of those stunned the NPR show is already sold out. At $20, yeah, I could see that. But at $40 each for an unknown lineup? No thanks.

After attending 3 shows at The Anthem this week I'm completely in love with the new venue and so excited for its future!

Foo Fighters really filled the place and it still felt comfortable in there. It's all about the sight line planning. So perfect.

Also Dave and co. (With a guest spot of Seth on drums) rocked the joint!
