Go See Alice?
« on: June 04, 2004, 10:11:00 am »
Maybe I have been watching too much A&E lately, but Viagra has been a factor in many sex crimes, including some rather lurid ones that make national headlines.  You've seen those Investigative Reports shows: Old perv keeps bound sex slaves in his basement, Viagra bottle found next to mattress?  Or: Frat party gets out of control when Viagra mixed with Jim Beam?

What I would like answered is:

Why is cannabis still illegal?   Why are the feds cracking down on ecstasy?

Bill Kurtis broke for a commercial.  Then came an ad saying, "Men, do you want to sport a massive woody...then Go See Alice!"

I never tried it.

But you don't see many headlines: CHAINED SEX SLAVES FOUND IN CRAWLSPACE, ECSTASY FOUND.

Apparently no one got the Go Ask Alice? allusion?   These are sad times indeed...

I've read Go Ask Alice.  It scared the hell out of me.

I read Aliceâ??s Adventures in Wonderland and then Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There, and they were good.

And Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit was a great song.

But Thirsty's right, Go Ask Alice was an entirely different ball of wax.

And Dupek, some of us got it, but what did you want us to say?

I loved that book in jr high.  But really, rather than scare me it just made me more curious to try all those drugs.

Of course I never did any of them.   ;)

 Alas, now I'm a tea-totaling old fart.

Drugs and hitty-runny are two subjects I don't make comments about, knowing absolutely nothing about either one...except enough exposure to both will fuck your brain up big time.

This isn't the USA Today.  You may feel free to elaborate if you'd like.
