No, I'm not talking about that little nerd A. Williams. I'm talking about the Mayor of Adams-Morgan, who some of you call other names.
We saw him stumbling across Connecticut and P (had he been to a Mayors convention downtown, or was he just checking out other jurisdictions?). Anyway, he looked like he even had a new suit on, so it must have been something special. As he was crossing, an oncoming car almost hit him and honked at him.
My wife noticed he had a huge bulge in his pants going nearly down to his knees. Now it could have been his trusty newspaper shoved into an abonormally long pocket, but it very well could be that the mayor is one very endowed man.
