Albert Hammond Jr. covering Postal Blowfish, pretty awful version, but at least he chose a good song to cover

Wow does the remaster of this sound STUNNING!!!!! Everything sounds a bit warmer, you can hear the multi-tracking on the vocals clearer, the different layers are discernible all very tasty indeed.  Based on the way the sound swirls and bounces between the left and right speakers on the stereo CD version, I can' wait to hear the DVD audio mixes pumping through a proper 5.1 system.

It also makes want to run out and get the Heaven 17 remasters that group recently released as well.

Does anyone else find this pretty "meh"?  Not that I was a huge fun of the first album, but it was at least enjoyable.  This is just kind of bland.

I have a couple of the remasters and they sound quite tasty, indeed! I hope the Heaven 17's are done with such care.

It's a good album, but nowhere near as good as Funeral.

It's good, but on the first listen (in the less than optimal environment of my office), I'm not blown away.  The solo gig is a nice counterpoint to the rockingness of the Fillmore CD.

That Man Needs A Maid / Heart of Gold Suite doesn't work so well.  I like both songs in their traditional arrangement.
