whole game was pretty fun if you werent rooting for either team

boudreau has basically said "we dont have a goalie". guess they'll need better than average defense after all. because if you cant stop the habs from scoring, who can you stop? boston?

Boston pretty much stops themselves from scoring.  but lets not be too hard on them, without Savard, they are kinda screwed.  Hopefully without Vanek the B's can pull out Game 3.   Though, any victories by the B's just extend the date in which i finally see evidence that they certainly wont be winning any Stanley Cup this year.

First the mets win (im not a fan, but was at the game which turned out to be quite good) and then came home to see the kings pounce all over the canucks. what a game! the kings had some sweet goals and are looking awesome on their powerplay. Im hoping to see them up 3-1 in no time :)

I can sympathize since the Wings inevitable elimination will also come from their goaltending.)

Another notch in the disappointment belt holding up my DC team pants.

*sigh*

I hope we fall flat on our faces in Game 7 at home. We deserve it.

we should've ended the series last friday.  i'm not sure if i can bring myself to go to tomorrow night's game.  too much heartache so far, and the potential for soul-crushing sadness is overwhelming.  you don't have to tell me i'm a fairweather fan.... ugh.  i need guidance!

you shouldn't go.  and you should sell your ticket to me.

that'll be five cents, please (and the ticket/s ;D)

seriously tho, if anyone has a spare - please let me know.

I've come to terms. As usual a good DC team gets a big head and just fails to perform in the post-season. What is that!? This is one of the more crushing losses. Just seeing them give up is just....pathetic. Yeah, they had 54 shots, but...............1 gets through? Really? Maybe like 5 or 6 really good oppourtunities.... who's goalie is in who's head now...

thanks for the heads-up!  i just scored some 8th row uppers for face, so i'm set - but i appreciate the info.

how does one find out when caps tix open up to the public, presale passwords, etc?  buying post-season tickets is confusing.  this morning one needed a password to buy tix, now they're available without one.

from what i can tell, they give season ticket holders first crack at tickets in an attempt to limit non-fans from scooping them up.

Totally random come playoff time for the Caps, you just have to check the day before the game. Glad you scored some, enjoy! Hope they come home with a W.
