i had no idea burberry made tinfoil hats

lol

When the Wings are out, I generally cheer for as many Original 6 teams as possible, so I too would like one of those vs Chicago in the finals.

trivia: last time two original 6 teams appeared in the finals was 1978?79, when the habs beat the rangers.

What's your next conspiracy theory, Jaguar?

What's the O/U on penalties called on the Habs in Game 7? I'd set it at 8.5. No way the NHL is letting Crosby AND Ovechkin go out to a natural market team. Especially not one from Canada.

fleury played well enough for the pens to win in two of the four losses. crosby did the same in one and malkin 0. total team loss. evgeni never really got on track this year, and it really showed. when your three best wingers are kunitz, cooke and dupuis its not going to be easy to compensate

but a ton of admiration for the habs. when you play that dump and change game you play on such a razor edge, its pretty admirable that they managed to stick to it. halak was magical, and i'll root for them in the next round for sure. plus cammillari did not miss. insane

Yeah, crazy me, setting the O/U at 8.5 when the actual number turned out to be a paltry 8. What was I thinking?

steelers season just started.
I wondered how long it would take for a Pittsburg fan to reference the Steelers in the aftermath of that loss. 12 hours apparently.

Ok, decision time

 is it worse to

a) be swept in the first 4 games of a 7 game series and think your team is just poo.

b) win the first 3 THEN get swept. at least seeing 3 wins, but then having to watch a meltdown

  is it worse to

a) lose to the flyers

b) lose to the Habs

dude, get over it.  the spelling is awkward and most people don't care about the city enough to learn it (admittedly i only got it right b/c of this board)

then i realized you havent posted about the wings exit yet

well, it's not as if he can fall back on the lions ;D
