Kind of a misleading calculation but still interesting in it's own right.

Real keeps half of any sponsorship deal it's players sign.  That's a huge advantage over other clubs...

That's what happens when you play for a socialist government owned team. On the bright side they'll never go into administration!!  :D

You're on live on Fox Soccer Plus at 10am.  If they replayed that on FSC nobody would buy the Plus channel.

More interesting is that the 4:45am game is NOT on ESPN2 and thus not in HD for most of the country.  Oh, that would be the Manchester Derby.

Can I ask a really stupid question here. (yes, another!)

I don't have HD because I don't really feel I need it. The picture is fine on regular telly for the most part except for live EPL games, then it gets kind of bleary. Is that just due to live transmission or are they doing it intentionally to get you to upgrade to HD?

I wouldn't put it past those bastards at Comcast.

Is this in regards to Fox soccer because I have noticed the same (I don't have FSC in HD).  If this is about ESPN2 I can't help you because I have it in HD.

Whatever FSC does to down-res the picture from HD to standard definition has made he SD picture look like a damn fishbowl.

The frustrating part is that it's not like I can get the HD picture because my cable company does not offer it.  F you Comcast.  I'm counting down the days....

Thoughts on the derby....

Best goal I have ever witnessed live on TV.

Certainly goal of the year!  Career?

I doubt you will ever see a better goal ever again. You can't coach that type of natural talent.

Nani's goal was also brilliant, the pass from Giggsy was just phenomenal, but it will be forgotten. If United go on and win the title Rooney's goal will be recorded in history as the goal that won them the title. I think it has sent out a message, loud and clear, to the rest of the title chasers that Rooney is back.

All I have to say is .......

HEY TEVEZ!!!!! WELCOME BACK TO SALFORD - WANKER!!!!
