Title: re picking up tickets at 9:30

If tickets are bought with a parent's card and their last name is different than the kid for whom the ticket is purchased, is there a way the ticket be picked up at the window? Please help. <BR> (http://www.930.com/ubb/frown.gif)<BR>Thanks
