Is anyone else getting this? Have been for several days.

I have to go to Users Online, click on a topic, then get to General Discussion that way. It is happening on my phone, and two separate computers. Have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and get the same thing on all of them.

Uh..no

not sure what you're referencing bu the new site is the pits.

I'm referencing the fact that up until a few days ago when I went to 930.com and clicked on Forum I came up to a page that listed the three main forums (General Discussion, FAQ, Ticket Exchange). Now all of that is gone, as you can see in my photo.
That said, even if the thing is a garish, technical nightmare, the quality of boardies has improved greatly on v.3.0 so I'm still over the moon.

Yep. My attached screenshot is exactly what I get going to that.

I am glad to hear that I came back during a new golden age.

looks like the problem is on your end, then, since others (including myself) are using the expected trio of general discussion/faq/ticket x-change on that page.
perhaps your cache is effing things up for you...

On three different devices and 4 different browsers? I mean, I agree, its on my end since no one else seems to be getting this but I don't see it being a cache issue. If there's one thing Julian's America is built on, it's positive cache flow.

In testing, it displays fine in every browser if I log out.

The second I log in, all the forums go away.

Am I on super-secret double probation?

Clearly, the solution is for you to stay logged out permanently.

Walked right into that one.

excellent deduction and clearly the best possible scenario

For years, I just typed 930 into my URL window and it would auto populate:
http://930.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=f7919d13282612791131eae1ff5d17eb&board=1.0
Once the board was updated, it took Google about a week to begin to autopopulate 930 with the new General Discussion board:
http://forum.930.com/index.php?board=1.0
I see no reason to visit any other sub-forum.

As someone in the area, I like to know if people are dropping tickets on the cheap. For someone on the other side of the country, totally agree.

Pfft. Who is this imposter?
The Julian I know would never do anything "on the cheap".....and certainly wouldn't fraternize with them in the dredges of a sub-forum.

Julian = forum, hobo rock.

oh SNAP
you have been outed as a member of the bourgeoisie
I think I'm getting the vapors

Can we please get back on topic? This is not a thread about me. It's a thread about technical issues affecting me.

this this.
i have a 1920 x 1080 monitor, and i can read ONE post on the initial screen load. the other 90% of the initial screen is graphics and nav. i'm here for the posts, not the logos. i imagine that folks on smaller screens won't see any posts at all, they need to scroll down to start reading content. worse-case scenario: a newbie decides to check out the forum, clicks on a thread they think could be interesting, get to a page with no content, and bounce on outta here.
and belated THANK YOU for making the mobile version responsive!!!

Feh. Put your screen in portrait mode.

I agree for mobile, but for desktop and laptop too? That seems like a complete waste.....

gonna be tough to type on my laptop with it sitting on its side...

I have my desktop monitor in portrait mode. I will always work this way.

I have my desktop monitor in portrait mode. I will always work this way.
when I managed the service desk, there was always a very long list of open items
I always had one 27inch monitor in portrait mode as I could see like 50 open issues on one page (vs 15 in landscape)
but I am fond of landscape for everything else

I have always positioned them in landscape but now that I'm reading this, the rightmost of my three I'm considering putting portrait mode because I have something I'm in and out of all day that'd display perfectly in portrait.

You're welcome.
