We're booked for Europe in July. Hope things change by then.

Eh buddy on the internet, I am afraid that if they aren’t allowing Americans into Europe by July 2022 we will have way bigger problems than your vacation

Julian, start the new count on $pace's euro beer vacation.
Wait, when did we hold our Shirley Jackson-esque lottery to decide who this task fell to this year? It’s not FAIR! It’s not FAIR, I TELL YOU! We should draw again!!

Mississippi just took the second spot in per capita terms…Louisiana is fourth

These states worked hard to climb up the charts

An interesting look up is where Washington state is…they were the state with the first identified case and were hit hard…at the beginning they were number one

How do they arrive at that number? And do they mean five times as many unavaccinated Republicans as unvaccinated Democrats?

he had to say this whether it was the truth or not otherwise:
NFLPA reportedly opens investigation of Jags' Urban Meyer, who said vaccine statuses influenced roster cuts

the NFL is going the behavioral route on vaccination: they aren't mandating it, but they are making life hard on those who refuse.  if a team can't play because of COVID cases, the team forfeits the match.  coaches & management's job is to win matches.  if a player represents a risk of losing a game before even stepping on the field because of a personal decision, it's understandable that coaches & management would take that fact into their calculus... but the Players' Association is complaining that making a decision based on vax status is discrimination.  idiots.
