Can't tell if he's referencing VS's porn post in code or not?

Neither can I.  Yada, what do you need a 10 inch or less TV stand for?

Yeah, I'm really not sure who is actually paying anymore?

but apparently Mind Geek (owners of Pornhub and tons of other sites) brings in over $200 million annually

Advertisers.   And that's how it should be....
But aren't a majority of the advertisers paid porn sites? (not that I would know)

you know, porn is one of those things, I always found fascinating.  the entire world of it, and the fact that two grown men who do not know each, at a telelsales signup, can just start talking about porn and bonding on a deeper, no pun intended, level, is pretty awesome.  porn stars run for political offices, and become realtors, or wind up killing themselves / get killed due to being unable to cope outside the world of it.  and then the fact you jerk off to it, making it one of the most personal experience people go through.  fascinating, this thing pornography, is.

you know, I don,t come to van,s thread very often, but I am glad, when I do.

I have a mantle that I'd like to set the tv on vs. mounting it on the wall.

Said mantle is roughly eight inches deep, so I'm looking for a super slim stand/feet.

Ah, deep.  I was thinking width.

I was told size doesn't really matter, it's all in how you use it. No?

Reading back, I guess I said width... sorry about that! I meant depth. What you got smackie?

The Sony KDL series should do the trick, though I'm not sure if the inputs are sideways or straight in the back.  That could change everything, but both the 40 inch (says 6.5") and 50 inch (says 7.5") should measure in at less than 8 inches.

You might even be able to go to the XBR series and do 4K (says 7.5"), but probably not larger than the 43 inch version.

Either way, I would strap it down or attach it to the wall as best I could.

The most bang for your buck is going to be Vizio.  But I had some hardware quality issues in two TV's I purchased from Best Buy (they were both broken panels from delivery) so I ended up going Samsung in the end.
Yeah, I was looking at a 50" Samsung that Best Buy has at $949. Only $50 more than the Vizio and I always really like Samsungs.

FWIW, the post office includes a 10% off any purchase at Best Buy coupon in their "movers pack" promotional envelope.  All it costs you is a trip to your local post office...

O RLY? This is most helpful information. What is this mover's pack? Do I just go up to the counter and ask for a mover's pack?

Some locations just have them on counters or racks with other mailing supplies.
