I do hate mitch with every fiber in my body though
I was just agreeing that it was an unpopular take, not that it was wrong

I think Joe is the Beer-Summit guy.  He is going to reach across and make compromises
going to go straight down the middle...and make no one happy
but I'm not sure America deserves happiness, we needed to hit rock bottom...joe stopped that, but just means we are going to relapse

Classic Manchin. The Dems have a <1% chance of taking the Senate and a ten percent chance of getting the entire party on board with court packing even if they did take the Senate. He then, as he always does, goes against the Dems when his vote is irrelevant to stay in WVs good graces. He then votes for the Dems when his vote actually can decide things.

This is the dude's whole "keep a seat blue in WV strategy" and it works.
