How are they live?  Thinking about going to catch them one of the nights they are @ 930.  Good show?  What can I expect?

TC live involves mid-tempo grooves, spacy visuals, chatty smoking clubbing crowd, some dancing where room is available, stage action consists of Rob and Eric behind their laptops and turntables (are they doing anything? Are they just playing their CD?) plus various live musicians, percussionists, guest female vocalists, and eventually a lively toasting/MC-ing session from Roots and Zeebo of See-I that perks things up considerably.  At least that's how it's been the past few years ....

go go go go to a show. they are great live. they will have a full band, live singers, and typically openers are 1-2 acts from their eslmusic label.
