Elections
« on: September 17, 2008, 01:53:00 pm »
I guess there must be some threads discussing the election, but these days I don't have much time to write and read much in the forum.

Is there a small change in the trend of support to Mccain after the pick of Palin as vicepresident and the republican convention? I hope so.

Thank you for bringing this subject to light. To think we forgot to talk about the election until now!

It's funny, the right wing nuts can make shit up about Obama (e.g. He's a Muslim). The left wing nuts don't even have to make it up about Palin.

I'm not going to knock someone that is interested in American politics.  Can any of you speak to Spanish politics?

No need to close the thread.  Thanks for asking Barcelona.

i once went to a pentacostal church of a middle school friend, and it was not that radical.  but they did have the awesome full wall display picture of some biblical scene behind the altar, where even the waterfall appeared to move with lighted foam.  plus a drum kit, guitar, amps, organ, and the women who spoke in tongues while literally getting on the floor to roll around the center aisle.  do what you please toward the lord was accepted, and truly frightening in the eyes of a fifth grader.
