God Help the Girl was great
« on: September 14, 2014, 11:10:00 pm »
As a huge B&S fan, I give it a 9/10. Something you would totally expect out of a Stuart Murdoch movie: It was TWEE AS FUCK. Loved the songs and hope they are a preview of the new B&S album. Loved the three main characters. Loved the cameos by the band members and the other juicy tidbits for old fans like the whole scene in the bookstore was totally from the Wrapped Up in Books video.

Plus I got the gift back including double LP soundtrack because I got the Stevie Jackson solo album name correct.

What a great band and what can you say about Stuart that hasn't already been said? Other than James Ford can go fuck himself.

Much better than a $4 PBR while seeing a shitty band at RNR Hotel.

I thought it was hilarious as you just know James was moments away from ripping a film he never went to see.

I've hated every Wes Anderson film I've ever seen. I don't *need* to see this movie to pan it, thank you very much.

So you're as stupid as you are tedious? Not a surprise.

Actually, you're the one who said $4 PBR's were a good thing.

Why do you hate context? Go back to getting your penis caught in your zipper.

I don't like the same beer and movies as you and I say it and that makes me a "miserable cunt"?

Like Kosmo said, that's not very twee of you.

We should meet up for a beer sometime!
