Your response is odd, based on this from Dino's Management:

We apologize for the delayed response to your inquiry...Our policy on audience members recording shows is limited to ambient audio taping (no board mixes). The club doesn't have a policy on recording. The earlier response was based on some incorrect info in my notes, audio taping will be allowed.
