Anyone know if there are any plans to show the extended version of Return of the King in movie theaters?

I've heard rumors of another Trilogy Tuesday, this time with the RotJ EE, but nothing concrete yet.

I hope so!! I've watched the  trailer (http://progressive2.stream.aol.com/newline/gl/newline/lordoftherings/ReturnOfTheKing/videos/LOTR_ROTK_Extend_700_dl.mov)  for the Extended Edition, and it looks like many of the scenes I missed in the theatrical version will be in the EE. 50 extra minutes of footage and 20 hours of bonus material...ahhhh...the LOTR team does it right!

2067 minutes is the total running time (more than 34 hours) of the extended versions of LOTR DVDs including bonus features.
