WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- 9NEWS NOW viewers didn't get what they were expecting during Friday morning's 9 a.m. weather segment.
Howard Bernstein turned things over to comedian Greg Proops, a frequent guest on "Whose Line Is It Anyway", to try his hand at weather forecasting - resulting in quite a few laughs.

Thanx - took me forever to transcribe all that, and I ended up cutting out a ton of it. He was a really cool guy.
