Title: Halloween festivities!
Post by: Bags on October 31, 2003, 12:16:00 pm
Wondering how folks are planning on spending their halloween?

I'm hitting Black Cat -- I'll actually have a name tag on, so you can say hi if you're there.  First name's Nancy.

Here are the reasons to hit the Cat:

 1) three great local bands (one I can vouch for -- WSC, the others have good buzz) upstairs in the mainroom, and only $7

 2) RIGHT ROUND: 80s British alt-pop dance party w/ DJ Lil' E $5 backstage

 3) The Red Room itself, one of the best bars in town

Ridley Scott gets my vote too. A suicide curry before hand will be great for all the puking scenes.....

Black Cat for me.  Definitely checking out the bands, but will probably bop around to the other rooms too.
