Two things...
 
 Being the sophisticated 20-something that I am, I was listening to NPR one morning whilst skimming through the New Yorker.  NPR was broadcasting a story on the CD settlement and exactly what albums libraries were receiving.  It wasn't pretty.  One library received an ungodly amount  of CD singles of Whitney Houston singing the National Anthem.  If I remember correctly, it was over 200 CD's.
 
 Secondly, couldn't they have found better photos of those musicians?!  Lou Reed looks like he's seasick.
