It says a lot about a country that can celebrate someone they beheaded for trying to blow up parliment.
Kind of like if the USA had John Hinckley Jr. day or something.
-
Oh, it's pretty much the same as your presidents day. We celebrate the life of a man who dressed in gay clothes and had a gay haircut who was a criminal.
-
Hold on, dont they celebrate because he didnt blow up parliament?
I mean they do burn the guy, right?
Oh and GGW, why is the white house, white?

Beheaded!! We aren't savages like the colonies...we simply executed him by the old "hung, drawn and quartered" method
John Hinckly Jr. is not a good comparison, Timothy McVie would be more accurate.

To reflect the virtue and moral purity of its current occupant.

I wonder if they'll celebrate "George Dubya Day" In Iraq in years to come. He failed in his efforts to blow the place up too.
