Actually, I hadn't heard that news...thanks for the info. I think one of the things that is lacking in Adams' solo career is the vocal and violin support of Cary...was always a big Whiskeytown fan, but never much of an Adams solo fan, so this is welcome news...

That's the only pic I could find of her. There are other pics online, but they all seem to be on nude celebrity sights, which are inaccessible here at work. You could do a search on "Erica Iahn" and find more pics.
Murry's wife is Grey Delisle. I haven't heard any of her recorded work, but she is playing Bumbershoot. She also does cartoon voiceovers, and is the voice of the hot chick in the Scooby Doo cartoon, among others.

It's not just a California thing. I too think the blonde is much more attractive. They just have her made up like a mannequin as Mankie said.
The other looks like a very average looking over weight woman who had a very good picture taken and possibly air brushed. In fact, I think she's rather homely looking.

Murry needs new glasses! He's not great but not that bad...if you change those damned Coke bottle frames.
In the end, I hope they are happy together as it affects my life in no way whatsoever.

Yes, I'll admit it. I love skinny men....and if they are wearing tight pants, even better. :p I go for that heroin chic look, providing there is no heroin in the veins, nose, mouth or anywhere else for that matter.
I tend to lean towards thinness in women too. I don't know, maybe it's because I know that I look much better thin and base it on that. It's extremely common for most people to think like that which is why big fat ladies are always telling me I look better fatter....even though I don't. They just want me to join their club.

Rhett, you totally set this thing up...that's a very hideous picture of Erica! and, as Jag said, an airbrushed and artfully lit photo of Grey...I'm not saying Erica's better, but these are hardly good examples!!!

Yeh, but they're totally inaccesible anyways so in the end it doesn't matter. I still sick with Grey being extremely attractive, air brushed or not.

The really skinny women make me want to put my jacket around them and keep them warm because they look so sickly.

True, there is such a thing as too skinny. I don't like that either. A lot depends on the person and what looks best for their frame. I like sleekness with bumps....if you get what I mean. Women look better (usually) with some chest and men need a little muscle tone here and there.

It's funny how they choose people as models. I see many many women on the streets of DC who are better to look at than her. And that's based on seeing her hang out at his show. Not to say she's bad looking or anything, but neither her face or body do anything for me. Too skinny, and her facial features are just too generic.
Of course I'll take to chatboards Mrs. Rhett any day.

You have to remember that a model's job is considered to be a 'hanger'. That's not my term, it's what's used in the Fashion industry. The goal is to sell the clothing (etc) and not the person. The clothing is supposed to 'hang' on the person rather than show off the person. Also, film often gives the illusion of adding weight to people so they compensate by selecting extra skinny people who don't look as good very often in person.
Also, models MUST be very photogenic (even though not all model work is photographic). Not all attractive people are photogenic. In fact, some very photogenic people are a big let down in person for that very reason. Then there are those who look bad in film but are very attractive in person. We see this phenomena all the time with Rock stars.
All in all, whether in film or in person, I still usually go for skinny blondes. Oddly though, most of the men I've been attracted to lately have had dark hair...but they were all medium to thin.

I met Rhett's wife at the Black Cat show, she was a nice enough looking lady but I would've never guessed she was a model. Thinking back I guess she was model thin but I just figured she had some sort of obligatory-rockers-wife drug habit.
She really seemed to dig her man Rhett though.
