Lyndsey Nagle: Do I detect a note of sarcasm?

Frink: (with sarcasm detector) Are you kidding me?  This baby is right off the charts, mm-hai.

CBG:  A sarcasm detector, that's a real useful invention. (Sarcasm detector explodes)

It worries me when Ticketbastard tells me what Indie is. If they promote it, is it still Indie? Dumb question but I thought it worth asking.

Same question can be asked in film where nearly every "indie" movie that makes it to a theatre is released by an "independent" branch of a big studio (e.g. Warner Independent Pictures; Fox Searchlight).

As far as significant true indie studios, we are down to Focus, Lions Gate, and Newmarket.

i especially appreciate all the "indie touches", like the thatched background, distorted pics of a mic and amp, and the cool pronounciation in 13375p34k ... those stereotypes must be taught in marketing classes now

You'd think that the Nightclub 9:30 would be listed under venues nationwide.
