Maybe it is just my age showing a bit but I found it kind of surprising that four hours after presale started today there were still 4th row dead center tickets available for the concert at Merriweather. Do people just not dig his stuff anymore?? Let's hear from his fans and haters...
-
Maybe because his lyrics are cheesy and that he overall, sucks? haha!
-
or that he tours a lot and those tickets are expensive!
if i was going , i would've bought lawn seats.
-
I guess I would like to see him. But holy shit, not for those prices.
-
I paid 10 bucks a ticket to see him at UMD a month or two ago. I thought it was boring as heck, but my wife enjoyed it. As long as she was happy...

I got mine.

i love Ben possibly more than life in itself, but i'm going to likely have to deal with lawn seats. the last two summers in a row i have spent all my money on expensive seats to his summer tour shows, and then been broke for the rest of it. and while i love him and see him every chance that i get, i can't keep paying that if i want to afford to go to all the other fabulous shows that are coming around this summer.

have you ever heard an orchestra play outside at Merriweather?

In California, if the performer sucks, they give you a refund (and a free cheese log).

Merriweather has some of the best sound of any outdoor venue in the country. It was designed that way. And, it's been improved.
