Title: earplugs
Post by: reggie on February 21, 2006, 08:02:00 pm
the spongey cheap earplugs at the 930 make the sound kinda muffled and distorted. does anyone have an experience with the more expensive earplugs?

I second that.  They are worth the extra $

Muffled maybe, but there isn't distortion with those plugs.  I have used them for years, best put them in early so your ears adjust to the difference.  Yeah they cut out everything above about 12k but they can turn bleeding ear loud to managable.
