Post by: Brian_Wallace on November 02, 2007, 02:15:00 pm
Hey, where's the Orioles playing "Thank God Iā??m A Country Boy" by John Denver during the seventh inning stretch? (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0711/music.traditions.sports/content.1.html)

Well, they did include "Hail To The Redskins" so I guess they figure our area got its mention. But the "Country Boy" tradition is something like 20 years older than Boston's "Sweet Caroline."

 "One Shining Moment"? BLUUUUURRRRRGGGH!!!!
