Mary Kay Letourneau first met Vili Fualaau in 1989 when she was 27 and he was a student in her second-grade class in Shorewood Elementary School, in a suburb of Seattle, WA. The boy and Letourneau developed a friendship that continued even when she was his teacher again in the sixth grade. Their relationship reportedly became sexual as he entered the seventh grade.

Yeah, I got them some Kate Spade serving platters.  The kids shouldn't suffer due to the poor judgement of the parents.

Dude, the whole point is that they had not just one, but TWO kids together.  She got knocked up when he was in 7th grade, she went to jail, then she got out, she saw him against court orders and got knocked up again.  Back to jail with her.  When she got out again, there was a restraining order, but they've finally had it quashed and are gettin' hitched.  With two kids (don't know what's happening with the kids from her marriage, poor shmos).

Dudette,  all of the kids, hers & theirs are in the custody of others.  They DO NOT have custody of their own two children.

And did you really buy them a gift???

Like they're not going to have more....and they'll get some kind of visitation, eventually.

Might be wrong about this but doesn't his mother have custody of their 2 kids? Seriously now, think about this. Until the mother of the kids gets out of jail and they can work out their own family unit arrangements, there is no damn difference than if he had custody of the kids. If he had it, than I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that he'd still be living with his mom while she took care of the kids. He was probably too young to assume legal custody and allowing his mother to have it, is only a minor technicality. <Pun intended.>
