does anyone know an email address or phone number where i could talk to an actual live person (preferably a manager) @ 930? if you do, you could quite possibly be my favorite person in the world.

eddie from this board who runs the FAQ is the man.  That or thatguy.  They are both with the club and usually here.  But they definitely check the FAQ pages.
