Um, they didn't have charts for recorded music that long ago. If they had, there would have been a "player piano rolls" category.
"Life theme" tunes would have been "Summer In The City" (Lovin' Spoonful) US and "Yellow Submarine/Eleanor Rigby" (Beatles) UK. Not too bad, considering some of the cheesy records just a few places away on those charts.

Philly-born and -bred jazz/R&B singer, still active but never had another hit anywhere near that big. Very cool jazzpop tune to have as a birth song--you should be proud.
