If you've been looking to key into the Indonesian music scene, you'll want to check out Peterpan. I especially recommend their mega hit, "Ada apa dengan mu."

West Java is pretty rocking these days. I've got 2 different bands from Bandung, Indonesia in my latest (and one of my last) shows on The Trans-Atlantic Underground (http://www.myspace.com/transatlanticunderground) on Kool Rock Radio running right now. This show is called "Mixing The Waters" which refers to mixing the Atlantic with the Pacific. It's pretty evident throughout the entire show. SIGIT even did a cool ID for me for the station that's in the show. (Knowing KRR, The TAU probably won't air until the wee hours of the morning. But I suspect that my show, "Shimmer Like Snow", will next air on my new station, LMG Radio, at about 10:00PM or so this evening. It seems to air about an hour or two later each day.)
The 2 bands are:
The Super Insurgent Group Of Intemporance Talent
Everybody Loves Irene
