That's totally shitty that you sold those tickets for 800 bucks and alert everybody else that face value tickets are being released on Ticketmaster. What a cunty move that was.

I'm pretty sure that your eBay account showed that - in addition to purchasing a 10-foot Coldplay banner - you have scalped some tickets yourself.

Is it just Radiohead tickets you are opposed to scalping?

I love how investigative you are.

However, the coldplay banner i SOLD, not purchased, was 5 foot long and was a promo from the record store i worked at.

And I have only sold tickets to shows in which i had tickets to, then couldnt go.

I dont live in DC so using this board is a pain cause i'd have to drive to DC and craigslist...well, that sucks cause ppl are like "yeah, i'll take the tickets, then you arrange a time/place to meet and they never show/decide they dont want them at the last minute.

If you actually read my ebay profile you would see that some of the tickets I have sold were for LESS than face.

you're oh so close, ggw, but you have to try a bit harder.

Good God tickets are still available for the Radiohead show.  I thought this was sold out big time.  Crapola, you guys think I'll be able to sell my extra ticket at the show?????  Not selling it for 900 bucks but pretty much for what I paid for it.

I don't know. It seems like they barely sold tickets at the original onsale. It might be tough to unload now. I upgrade lawn tickets to great seats, and now I'm having trouble selling 2 lawn tickets at cost.  Rain doesn't help either. I'd still rather eat 2 tickets than pay the same price to a scalper though.

Yeah I might have to sell the ticket without the service charges and hell if it gets that bad sell it cheaper then cost.  What the hell are they doing releasing more tickets haha.  I did the upgrade thing too.

You get major bonus points from me right now. There might be fans at the venue who don't have tickets at ALL though. I hope you sell them at the venue.

Yeah I have them on craigslist now without service charges but if it comes down to it I'll sell it at the show for 50.

dunno if it's the case here, some times those late-release seats belonged to the sponsors or season ticket holders, etc who decided not to use them.

me too, but i fear that few people are going to trek all the way out to nissan in hopes of getting a ticket... especially with so many floating around now below cost/face.  but ya never know.
