I'm thinking that maybe this entire Spice Girls reunion tour isn't a tour at all but rather a clever plan by the Bush administration to pinpoint which American cities are worth saving and which aren't.
Or as WWTDD.com put it: "BORED INDIFFERENCE SWEEPS THE NATION" (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/showbiz/showbiznews.html?in_article_id=501100&in_page_id=1773)
If your community is THAT excited to pay (on the average) $100 to see five old slags lip-sync to "Spice Up Your Life" maybe you're REALLY not in this country's plans for the new millenium.
There are no available cheap ($72.50!!!!) seats left for D.C. (http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/15003F818A3732F2?artistid=781267&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=1)
Brian
P.S. They couldn't have gotten together some cross-promotional Playboy appearance by Baby Spice for this?

I'd like to see Baby Spice in the pages of Playboy, er, Hustler rather

wow. THE NATION = las vegas? empty seats in las vegas are the norm. also, this show was probably over-scalped. the tour is pretty much sold out across the country.
but thanks for showing how little thought you put in to your oh-so-controversial posts

I flipped past CNN last night and caught Posh Spice on Larry King. She was wearing less make-up than usual and reminded me of that ratty, skanky looking girl who seemed real shy and quiet but ended up blowing everyone at sleep away camp. It was jarring.

Do you work?
Why do you have so much time to research all of this random stuff every day?

Did you just wake up? That's a rebroadcast from the Dec 4 CBS event, and god they were horrible. But Geri looked great and Posh, well, she was Posh...

Maybe his clock is as outdated as his browser?

I was highly impressed by Miranda Kerr from that special, however.

really? apologies, this is my 11th straight day on a project, clocking 12+ hours/day. i remember seeing the commercials back in november... when i turned on the tube last night and saw the show, i assumed this was the first run. i'm surprised that you didn't mention it here earlier, smackie. Miranda Kerr kinda freaks me out... she's too baby-face for me.

clock is fine, it's the calendar i'm having issues with. then again i grew up celebrating major annual events according to the julian calendar, and the VS holiday show certainly counts as major :p
