Let us do the planning & driving and all you have to do is relax and party with your friends.
Belle & Sebastian's tour with Broken Social Sceneand Ted Leo + Pharmacists at Merriweather on July 8th, is shaping up to be the hottest night of 2006.
On Taps trip includes round-trip transportation, send-off party with complimentary appetizers and specials, lawn ticket, and souvenirs from our sponsor. All for just $35. The earlier you buy the cheaper it will be!
We'll be supplying some sodas and chips for the trip, but you're both welcome and encouraged to BYOB! (Beer and Wine only)
Here's the itinerary:
4:00-5:00 PM: Send-off party in Arlington
5:15 PM: Bus departs for Merriweather
7:30 PM: Concert Starts!
Go to www.ontaponline.com/store (http://www.ontaponline.com/store) to order tickets and get the complete summer tour schedule. Must be at least 21+. Discounts available for groups of 8 or more. Please email Kelsey@ontaponline.com for details. <img src="http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B000BM2OUQ.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg" alt=" - " />

I've been checking out a few of these On Tap excursions and a lot of them look pretty good. I was particulary interested in the one to the wine festival except that it wouldn't do me any good since I live in Baltimore. Having to drive home from DC afterwards would totally defeat the whole purpose of why I really wanted to join the trip.
Anyway, I think you have a great concept here and hope that you do well with them. From what I've seen, about the only thing like this we have going on in Baltimore is to some sports event or lame-ass dinner theatre, or a day trip to Atlantic City or some other area gambling spot; none of which I have any interest in.
Bet that if there were more of these into shows at Nissan Pavillion, it would help with alleviating all of the traffic mess. Just don't know how you can guarantee a timely arrival.

Jaguar - good suggestions all around - I'll mention it to the event staff and see if Nissan would be doable! Great idea with the traffic.

oh PLEASE start bussing to Nissan...please please please

Is the send-off party in Arlington per the post or Buffalo Billards in DC per the website? I'm guessing the website has the correct info but I'd like to know where I'm departing before getting tickets.

We will be leaving from Buffalo Billiards in DC but there is a metro and parking garage nearby.
