Are chairs allowed on the lawn?
 
 If I leave the pavillion, will I be allowed back in?

You can contact MPP directly on show days to find out what items are allowed in and what isn't.  If you leave you cannot get back in without a ticket.  Unless you are talking about leaving the actual pavilion to go to the grounds which is ok as long as you have your ticket stub.
