Title: picking up tickets at the box office

i was in between addresses and selected the option of picking up my tickets at the box office when i ordered them online. when i was moving, though, the printout of my ticket order was lost. can i still retrieve my tickets from the box office without this order confirmation?

As long as there are no problems there won't be a problem.  The confirmation number is the way your ticket order will be looked up if there is a problem so hope there are none.  You might want to contact tickets.com to get them to send you your order number just in case...
