Title: Tenacious D filming question

According to Tenacious D's official website (listed in their tour section) they allow video and audio taping of their shows (The Official Tenacious D Policy on the Filming and Photographing of our Shows:
 Have fun, go ahead tape our shows, but be cool and don't sell our stuff.), will that open policy apply to the Patriot Center show?  Thanks!

According to our info,  small audio recorders will be permitted as will non pro cameras but no video recording will be permitted.
