I had gotten tix for a show and did a will call pickup, but unfortunately I can't make it to the show, I was wondering if someone can get my ticket, if I give them my confirmation number?? Is that at all possible??

Call Tickets.com 1.800.352.0212 and you can change the name that the tickets are being held under.  make sure whoever is picking the tickets up has a photo i.d. and the confirmation number.
