Title: yet ANOTHER parking question and then i'm done i swear

okay.
 
 is one allowed to buy a parking pass for the night before the show AND the night of the show, and just keep their car there for the entire 24 hours before the show - the end? thank youuuuuuu

No.   Howard University owns the lot and they use it during the day.
