Title: once a month volume print

How do i sign up for it? I know im supposed to put it in snail mail but i tried that and i still haven't recieved it after 3 months so I dont think I did it right. Whats the lay out im supposed to do it  in??

email list_serve@930.com and a) ask to be added to our weekly email blast and b) put their snail mail in the email requesting a monthly volume schedule.
