does anyone else hate tickets.com? how can we express that to 930 club? ticketmaster was so much better and easier. tickets.com has poor customer service and will never accept my credit card.

There is an actual thread in the general forum where you can voice exactly how much you hate Tickets.com and the great thing about it is that Tickets.com folks actually monitor that part of the forum for input on how they are doing.
