Title: Erasure presale questions STILL

Not getting a response to my previous post, I'll ask again: will the 9:30 box office be open at the time the presale begins or do we have to use the website??  And what's the difference in surcharges between both?

Internet only.  Our box office surcharge is $1/ticket which is generally less expensive than online.
