Title: arrival time for Wilco concert

what time would you suggest arriving for Thursday's concert if I wanted to get one of the bleacher seats up top? Thanks.

There are already people in line.  There are no seats in the club.  The bleachers are for standing.  the earlier you arrive the more choices you have as to where you stand.
