Title: So, this free ticket voucher we got at VFest...

...pretty cool. I understand the whole "email ahead of time to reserve a ticket" business, but I have a question: I want to use mine for Stars on 10/20. I know this is happening because the artist already had a presale. Do I need to wait until it's announced officially to "reserve my voucher spot" or can I do it now?

You will have to wait for the show to go on sale.
